The two other finalist photographers are also highlighted. The winner is selected by a jury of leading figures recognised for their expertise in the field of photography or on issues of poverty and exclusion.<\/p>\n

Picto Foundation is a partner of the Prize along with Galerie Le Ch\u00e2teau d’Eau in Toulouse, La Saif, POLKA magazine and Filigranes \u00c9ditions.[\/vc_column_text]
