Gis\u00e8le Nedjar’s photographs reflect the body and its relationship with the palpable world. Her work raises the question of being and intimacy, the difficulty for the mind to embody itself, the tug-of-war between this desire for embodiment and the aspiration of nothingness.
\nThe boxed set includes a leporello of 50 portraits (pigment print on Matt Fine Art Smooth paper) and 5 colour photographs printed on glass plates (flat UV print).<\/p>\n
