The Observatoire de la Mixité, organised by the association Les Filles de la Photo, highlighted the disparities that exist between men and women photographers in terms of visibility and recognition. In response, the association launched a mentoring programme designed as a career accelerator for women photographers. Picto Foundation supports this programme, which aims to accompany these artists in the implementation of their projects and the development of their careers.
